Due to space limitations, the Panama Canal Tour and other events are only available to ASCE Week attendees and their guests. NOTE: Price is per person. All attendees must be 13 or over.
Confirmation Of Registration
A confirmation will be emailed to all registrants within one week of registering for the Conference. Registrants will receive their name badges and tickets at the on-site during Registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact ASCE registration at 800-548-2723 and ask to speak with Customer Services, or email [email protected]. Please reference ASCE Week International in the subject line.

Note: you must be a member in good standing to qualify for a member rates.
Acceptable forms of payments include:
- Check: payable to ASCE Week International (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check)
- Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Dinners Club
- Purchase order: P.O. #, company name and address or other billing address (This includes Government P.O. use.)

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.
To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing at the ASCE Headquarters by Wednesday, February 1, 2019. A $65 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by Wednesday, Febraury 1, 2019. There are no cancellations after Wednesday, February 1, 2019.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after Wednesday, February 1, 2019.
To receive a badge, you must register. Your name badge is your admission to the technical sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Pre-registered participants are to pick up their badges upon checking in at the On-site Registration Counter at the RIU Plaza Panama. Badge sharing is not allowed. Registration is per individual and is not exchangeable between colleagues.
